Everyone was hyping up Dangote Refinery as the solution to our fuel problems. The refinery is operational now but fuel prices are still ₦850/liter in my area. When exactly are we going to see the benefits? I'm not trying to be negative, genuinely asking - what's the timeline? Does anyone have insider information on this?
